I am a 37 year old professional female looking for a quiet-living, easy-going sharer to find and share a property with. As my current property is not really suited to sharing it would be necessary to find a new place together, the benefit of which being that we would both have a say in what we get, where it is and how much we pay. I work at the airport and will be looking for somewhere within reasonable travelling distance of there, but am pretty flexible with regards to which direction! I currently live in Newton Poppleford, and have previously lived in Topsham and Lympstone - all of which I would be happy to return to.
I am a tidy person and like to have a comfortable, clean and welcoming home. I'm energy conscious, hate smoking and recycle as much as I can! I am happy to take time to find the right person to share with, and to find the right place to live in. My budget would be up to approximately £450.00 each per month.
I have 3 friendly cats so any sharer would need to actively like them!
