I have recently brought a lovely house on Shoreham Beach, Beach very close by and will be renting out a double room with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. House is only 5 years old and everything is new/clean inside with garden. Would recommend area is for someone who has a car, as plenty of parking and not overly near public transport although there are some buses or 15 min walk to Shoreham High Street.

Must like pets, as I have 2 cats.
