Based in Emerald Quay, Shoreham, you will have full use of the internet, sky tv, there is a gym and swimming pool within the complex as well that you can use free of charge
Ive recently moved in and have new appliances, the flat is clean, reasonably spacious and has a marina view!
The beach is 5 mins walk, SHoreham train station is 10 minutes walk and the train to BRighton is another 10 mins.
Im easy going person, friendly and socialable. Have shared flats before so respect others personal space, and work 9 - 6 Mon to Fri, and am often home late and out first thing mid week.
Essentially Im looking for someone who respects the property, is sane and friendly.
No couples please, no animals im afraid.
