i have a double room to rent in my 3 bed semi. the house is still under refurbishment but is 95% complete there is currently a new kitchen diner being fitted and utility room. the large gardens still require updateing but all other areas of the house are new. rent is fully inclusive of all service bills. i would like to live with working professionals but would consider students.
