Hi, everyone. I have a lovely large fully furnished double room in my newly refurbished 3 bed semi that i would like to rent out. The rent will include all bills and a cleaner that comes once a week, so the price you see is all you will pay. I have the large package tv and internet from virgin and that is all included as well. The whole house has been refurbished to a very high standard and has all mod cons. there are three bedrooms, a nice modern liveing room, a large brand new kitchen and diner, utility area, modern brand new bathroom with shower, large front and rear gardens with a brand new driveway and patio area all in a lovely place. situated on a quiet houseing estate on the outskirts of newcastle city yet with the public transport system and road network it is an exelent location (i work in the city centre and if i use the metro it takes me less than 30mins to get to work) the local metro station is less than 5mins from the front door, by road the A19 is 2mins away and the A1 less than ten mins. Cobalt buisness park is within walking distance with is offices a gym bars and restaraunts. some good local pubs and a sainsburys on the doorstep as well as other local small shops a stone throw away. turn left out the front door and you have miles and miles of converted waggonways and countryside that walkers cycleists and horse riders frequent (not your thing? well the costal towns of whitley bay and tynemouth withe there exelent nightlife and great shops and restaraunts are a 5min metro ride away) Now at the risk of going on and on, a bit about me (ill be brief) im a proffesional who works 9 till late during the week, I love to cook and love good food and wine a good party is always on the cards yet every 2nd weekend i spend with my daughter so im not around much.im always up for a laugh. well if this sounds ok or you would like to know more then please get in touch.
