Preferred room and flatmate description

I am a 55 year (going on 19) old semi retired ex adult tutor ( Teaching Art & IT) and playworker for 8-13 year olds. Due to the split up with my partner I need somewhere to lay my head and start a new life. We lived on a narrow boat so therefore I have few possessions. I am registered Dissabled ( use elbow crutches) and recieve Dissability living allowance, Employment support allowance and qualify for Housing and Council tax benefit. I wish to re launch my art carreer as I made a name in the early 90's painting for Formula 1 teams. I paint in acrylics and watercolour so no mess or nasty smells. I am very easy going straight guy with a good sense of humour.
