Preferred room and flatmate description

I am 23 years old and looking to rent a room in either a flat or house in the Walkley or Crooks area of Sheffield, I am also open to moving to other areas as long as they are not to far away from my place of work in the Chapeltown area of Sheffield. I would ideally be looking to move in with a maximum of 3 other working individuals, I doubt I could handle to many hungover work days now - unfortunately my student days are now behind me. I have a maximum budget of £350 per month this includes bills and would need a double room as I couldn’t cope with a single bed now. Would be looking at an initial 3month lease with the potential to be longer.

I am easy going and laid back and would not mind living with either men or women, smokers, non smokers, pets or no pets. My work hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday and I tend to go back to my hometown in North Yorkshire at weekends (Girlfriend commitments call unfortunately). I think of myself as someone who likes to keep where I am living clean and tidy but not to the point of been an OCD freak. I love my footy so if you have sky sports that would be a bonus, I also like my nights out so im always up for meeting new people and making new friends. Like to go to the gym and play 5 aside football once a week.

Since graduating from Northumbria University in 2007 with a degree in Criminology I now find myself working in sales for a steel company (really put that degree to really good use) and have been for almost a year now. But since my best mate and flat mate has been relocated in his job back to North Yorkshire I am left with nowhere and no one to live with come the end of October and I dont fancy moving back to the parents and driving 75 miles to and from work everyday either, so if anyone is interested in having me as their new housemate dont hesitate to get in touch. :)
