There are 5 double rooms available with 2 full bathrooms, large lounge and large kitchen. Off road parking is available on a first come first served basis. The monthly rent includes cleaning to all common areas.
Prospective tenants need to be at least 21 years of age and in full time employment. Good references required. I am an accredited landlord with the National Landlords Association.
