I have a newly decorated furnished single room in a refurbished three bedroomed graduate/professional house share in Shaw. There is a new bathroom, dishwasher, a washing machine and internet access. It is close to buses to Oldham and Rochdale and trains to Manchester. Local amenities are very close by. Price (£270pcm) includes all bills (Electricity, gas, water, internet). Good references from previous landlord and current university or work reference required. We would particularly welcome graduates, international housemates and groundwork volunteers. I have enjoyed accomodating French and German housemates previously. It would suit a European student on a work placement in Oldham schools. Non-smokers and no pets only please.
