Preferred room and flatmate description
Hello.
There are three of us in the house and we're good friends who like to socialize often, though all also appreciate the joys of solitude.
We're a mixture of students and teaching assistants. I'm both an art student and a t.a., Tom is a teaching assistant and Jono is a photography student.
We're looking for an easy going, relaxed house mate who enjoys, in no particular order,
talking, silliness, music, art, film, the great outdoors, occassional drinking, cooking, dancing and eating.
These are the things we do most often.
Tom and I are also musicians, but fear not, our band doesn't practice in the house. Tom has a piano which he plays very well and I'll occassionally play my bass or sing in the shower. Jono is not so noisy, though he is a nice chap, as, I think, are we all. Considerate, friendly, polite, occasionally funny. We are also all cyclists.
The house is cosy but not tiny. It has a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom we're looking to fill is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. It's warm, not too close to the bathroom and a good size. The shower is not one of those annoying dribbles. The cooker is electric. The washing machine shakes a lot but works well. There is no dryer or dishwasher. We do have a microwave and fridge, a shared telly and stereo in the lounge and a decent sized freezer in the cellar. The back yard is a bit scruffy but it serves for occasional bbq's. We have neighbours who are hard of hearing so like to enjoy a good party every three months or so.
