Its a very secure 8 bedroom first floor conversion of a warehouse property in the Catwalk place complex with parquet flooring throughout and lots of light. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The kitchen is modern, gas hob, fan oven and is separate from the lounge area. The room is a double and is £545 a month. At the moment we’re 50/50 on the boys/girls front so we're not fussy. Sorry but we can’t let the room to couples.

We're all English speaking professionals in our 20s and 30s who work 9ish to 5ish weekdays, some of us do work at home during the day but we all tend to be back in the evening and taking it easy. Events and parties do go on in lots of the other warehouses and we tend to go along together, the rest of the time we get on with our own thing but if you are a lover of culture, good food, conversation (and the London vibe in general) you’ll get on with us just fine. The warehouse community is very sociable and close knit so you’ll have lots of friendly and open minded neighbours, we’re not a party house mainly because there’s usually one going on nearby anyway and we’re pretty lucky not to get much noise from the other places, so if you want to have a bit of sanctuary which is close to the action then this is that sort of place. Transport is in abundance, Manor House tube on the Picadilly line is a 10min walk or a 2min bus ride and Finsbury park is the next stop so you effectively have the Victoria line too. The buses go everywhere as were on a main east-west route which runs from Baker Street through Camden, Holloway Rd, Finsbury Park, Manor House and Hackney. Plus Stamford Hill, Stoke Newington and Dalston are next door if you’re heading south into the city. We’re on the edge of Finsbury Park itself and Harringay Green Lanes which has to be mentioned for the abundance of amazing Turkish food to be had. Two big Sainsbury’s and a retail park nearby plus lots of grocers so a good spot if you like gathering fresh and interesting ingredients for cooking (which goes on quite a bit in our place).
