The house is semi-detached and has three bedrooms and one study.

It is approximately 1.0 mile from University train station, 1.0mile from Selly Oak train station, 1.5 miles from Harborne HighStreet, and 3.5 miles from the city centre.
The 3 bedrooms are all quite large (4.0 x 3.8m) and are fully furnished: double bed, drawers,wardrobe, desk etc. There is also a lounge of similar size and a small study.
The house has everything you'd expect: cooker, microwave,fridge, internet (wired throughout), TV, large garden, centralheating, windows.... etc.
The current house-mates are both post-grads. One is an Erasmus French student the other an English student.
