Preferred room and flatmate description

We have 2 unfurnished double rooms in a six room house. There are currently 4 people living in the house ( 3 girls one guy) and it still feels empty, its a really spacious victorian property.

There are: 2 living rooms 1 large dining room 6 double bedrooms 1 large kitchen and utility a large garden roadside parking 2 bathrooms large hallways and and entrance real wood floors and original fireplaces throughout GCH internet close to sefton park, lark lane and bus routes to town, allerton, aigburth, smithdown house is fully furnished in all communal areas, right down to knives and forks 2 roomed basement plenty space for storage landlady very friendly and reasonable approx 300 pound p/month all in including council tax and bills

We are 4 professionals very hard working in the week, like a party at the weekend -not on matthew street or concert square! The week day evenings in the house are quiet as most of us are out doing after work activities (between us dancing, language classes, rowing, samba drumming). We are tidy, clean, easy going, sociable people and we are looking for 2 like minded people to join us, preferably at least one male to balance things out for the man of the house. We are aged 25-35, non undergrad student please. No offence we were once students but those days are gone!
