Fantastic opportunity to rent a home not just a room! Sharing with one other person in a modern semi located between Bristol and Bath, (only 10 – 15 min drive from both, within walking distance of excellent public transport links).
The house itself has offstreet parking, front and rear garden and a garage. Inside it has recently been refurbished and has all mod cons including dishwasher, washer/dryer, widescreen TV with cable and a Wii! Also there is a spare single room perfect for any guests you may have visiting!
The room itself is a double and has fitted wardrobes, if any specific furniture is needed that can also be arranged on request. The rent is inclusive of all bills.
As for me, I’m 23 currently combing work and a professional legal course at university, as with most guys I enjoy football both watching and playing, the odd beer, films etc.
