Hi-I am a friendly live in Landlady who owns a modern 3 bedroom end of terrace house on a pleasant quiet no through road on the outskirts of Salisbury City Centre. I have a reasonable sized double room available from the beginning of July which is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest o drawers and shelving.( can be arranged unfurnished or part furnished also). The other room is occupied by another female professional and I also have 2 friendly(fat) cats and a gorgeous (small) dog. The house is suitable for a professional, preferably sociable and friendly and must be clean and tidy and considerate. The house is non smoking although in the sunny south facing garden is not a problem. There is parking readily available and no permits are required. It is approximately 15 minutes to the city City (10 to train station)on Foot and there is a regular bus service from the top of the Rd. I have full virgin tv and fast broadband, but no land line.
