Preferred room and flatmate description
The £420 includes all the bills (even a cleaner!). We're looking for a third housemate to join us, thats me- Rich(27) and Lindsay(25). We're easy going and enjoy the usual: chilling out, going down the local pub, nights out in manchester, BBQs, parties, gigs and watching films etc. Looking for a housemate who is easy going and willing to join in!
We live in a victorian terraced house near the Brooklands tram stop so we have easy access to Manchester and Sale centre. The house is quite large and actually has 4 bedrooms but one is used as a spare room for visitors. The bedroom is unfurnished (there might be the odd piece available though!) but the rest of the house has furnishings. The kitchen has modern fittings with all the usual stuff. The house has a great little garden with a pond, good storage and a real fireplace.
