I am an open and friendly person and get on with genuine individuals and am happy for you to contact previous tennants if required. I work full time in a professional setting and am usually an active person, enjoying climbing, walking, mountain biking, running etc but currently have ME and unable to follow these pursuits at the moment so a bit of a homebody!
