Preferred room and flatmate description Hiya, I share a flat with 3 lovely girls however I have to realocate in december to London. Im looking for a student who could take my room. The house is really nice and in great location (just off wilmslow road), close to shops, buses ect. It is within 10 mins walking distance to university and because its actually on main road, its pretty safe and in lively atmoshere! The house is newly refurbished, there are 5 rooms all together however the last one is not occupied and used by us as a storage!! The kitchen and shower are completely new as well!
Regarding the room; is amazing!!! located on ground floor, very specious with double bed, desk, some shelves and wardrope! Ahh and lovely mirror :) the best one in the house!
The rent is 65£ per week excluding bills, which shared by all flatmates will come up pretty cheap as well. (we didnt receive any bills yet). The landlord is really friendly, however he only wants students! No professionals, sorry!!
