Preferred room and flatmate description

Three females in very cosy terraced house looking for a friendly, tidy preferably female housemate aged 21-26. Non smokers please. We're all professionals and enjoy going out for dinner, cinema, cheap cocktails, shopping and also cooking very big feasts to watch films with. The room available is a large double room with double bed, wardrobe, book shelf, chest of drawers and desk. Bills are included in the rent, such as tv license, electric, water and wireless internet. The only thing on top of the rent is the sky+ bill which is shared between us and seperate of the rent. The house is a 5 minute walk to the University of Manchester and 10 minutes to Manchester Met and curry mile. The town centre is 20 minutes away too depending how fast you walk. Oxford road, which has excellent bus routes to any parts of manchester is very close by and it can cost as little as £1 to get into town, which will drop you right by the shops.
