    Looking for a professional person to share this six bedroomed property (3 storey town house), which is only 6 years old and has all modern facilities. We have a single furnished room available (this is not a small single) for rent for 6 months and maybe longer if the tenant is suitable. This is on the top floor of the property with a shared shower/bath/toilet.

    One of our bedrooms has been turned into a TV room so we have ample space and chill-out areas available.

    There is also a lounge and a big kitchen/dining area (see pics)

    Broadband is also available in the house.

    Our house is approximately 3. 5 miles from Rugby town, but there are transportation links into the town. Rugby also has a rail station with good links to Euston and Birmingham. We live just off Junction 1 of the M6, so we have good links to the M6, M1 & M5 etc....
