A double en suite private room, garden, plenty of storage, in a large town house, good parking and decent clean relaxed household. I live in the property with my 14yr old daughter hence I'd like only professional, clean and respectful females to apply. Nice kitchen and living and seperate dining areas and a decent sized quite private and quiet garden here too. Monday-Friday rental is fine and obviously would be reflected in the rate, I have listed £400 presently though. I have stipulated an age of 25yrs upward but can be flexible depending upon the individual of course.
