We live in a lovely Victorian house in a very quiet suburban street in Royton, Oldham, Surrounded by professional neighbours. We have one fantastic single room available now.
We like to cook and will provide you with Breakfast and an evening meal inclusive of the price Mon-Fri. We cook lovely homemade fresh food.- my husband is a fantastic chef .We prefer to do this rather than having people cook in the kitchen - from past experience it doesn't work - pans get ruined etc. So if you fancy having youre meals cooked for you - then this is the house for you :)
We also have a certificate from Oldham Council to certify our kitchen is Grade 5-The highest for cleanliness. All bills included in the price.
The main house has been extensively refurbished in the last 3 years. We have a garden which has a decked area and a patio. Plenty of street parking. Gas Central Heating and FREE WIFI.
Full use of washing machine, fridge etc. We like music, books, theatre, gardening and cooking.
We are 5 mins away from the M60/M62 motorway network. Manchester city centre is only 20mins away. Oldham town centre is 5 mins car drive. We are looking for a professional/student person to share our house.
