Preferred room and flatmate description

My current flat mates are a couple and have just bought their first home, leaving two large rooms in the ground floor flat of a beautiful listed building in Roundhay. It’s a fantastic flat and I’d be very sorry to lose it but am confident I can find some like-minded individuals who appreciate how ace it is to share the rent. It is round the corner from Roundhay Park and has a secure and peaceful feel, yet it is just down the road from the heart of Roundhay and the cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars it has to offer.

There is off street parking and large entrance hall if you ride a bike. The house is within easy access of major bus routes into town or to Chapel Allerton which is within twenty minutes walk. It also has a huge well maintained garden, which no one else seems to use except me. It’s perfect for barbeques or just chilling out.

The rooms are spacious and the flat is furnished in the communal areas. Rent includes Council Tax, Gas Central Heating, Electricity, Water Rates, TV Licence, Broadband and Cable.

I am a professional with study commitments on the side so I work hard during the week but like a good night out or two at the weekend. I am into my fitness (dancing, running and biking), live music and films. I grew up in Leeds so have a busy life and you'll probably not see me much unless you want to. I am looking for like-minded flat mates who are considerate of other people’s space but are friendly and enjoy a good laugh.
