It’s freshly decorated and fully furnished. Bedding and towels provided and laundered weekly. The room is single occupancy but guests considered by request. Rent includes all bills except telephone. It's fine if you just want the room weekdays.
There’s shared use of bathroom and shower rooms, laundry room, washing machine, large fully-equipped kitchen/diner and a comfortable sitting room with a log-burner. And the garden, too.
The house has CH, broadband Wi-Fi and Freeview TV. Parking is in a quiet lane in front of the house. Cycle storage indoors. A friendly cat lives here.
Ruardean village is on the edge of Forest of Dean, 7 miles from Ross-on-Wye, and an easy commute to Hereford, Monmouth and Gloucester. It has a garage, Post Office shop and nice pub. Great walks are on the doorstep. Supermarkets, libraries, cinemas, swimming, gyms etc nearby.
