My name is Pete and I have a 4 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac above the Medway river.

I am a hard working professional who enjoys music and sport.

I have 1 single bedroom to rent at £300 per month and 1 double room at £400 per month. The rooms are furnished with some good quality furniture. The house has just been double glazed and decorated and there is wireless internet access throughout.

There is off road parking for 2 cars and a garden front and rear. The house is in a neighbourhood watch area and there is a bus stop at the top of the road. The rail station is a 15-20 minute walk away.

The kitchen/diner is quite large, recently fitted and is fully equipped. There is a study with a desk. The living room has cable TV.

Upstairs there are 2 toilets, one in its own room with washbasin and the other in the bathroom which has an electric shower, sink and washbasin.
