High quality Victorian house. A large double room is available from 10th March. The house is quiet, clean, tidy, well maintained, and centrally located in Roath, close to Albany and City Roads, and the University.

The room has good storage with a wardrobe, king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, and fitted shelves, desk and chair, with double glazed windows and is decorated to a high standard. The house has high ceilings, good central heating with constant hot water, and a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and washer, as well as a little sun trap garden, which is shared. The rent is totally inclusive (all bills: Council Tax, Elec, Gas, Water, and WiFi internet included). Some rooms have a phone socket so you can arrange a private line (your own contract) if you stay long term. There are two doubles (one with double bed, memory foam mattress, the other has a single bed, orthopedic mattress) at £355, one large double at £375 and a huge double at £395 both of these have kingsize beds with memory foam mattresses and drawers underneath).

There are 4 bedrooms in the house. Your housemates are a mix of working and post-graduates, male and female. It's a quiet residential street but close to both City and Albany Roads, so lots of shops (including Tesco Metro), restaurants, take-aways, banks, bus stops etc very close, and it's a short walk to the University (5 min), into town (15 min) or to the hospital or Cardiff Bay (both 25 min). There is street parking right outside the house (permit needed on one side but not the other) and it's a short drive out of Cardiff to the M4 via Newport Road.

We are looking for a really nice, clean tidy friendly people. This is not a party or student house, but hardworking, friendly, non-smoking professionals or postgrads or mature students (much prefer female but nice and tidy guys considered!), who will keep the house spotless, are welcome to view. Non-smokers only please.
