hi there, I have a double furnished room in a great house in Splott available. I am a young (so I like to think!) 34 yr old that works full time in the city centre. The room can either be furnished or unfurnished. The house has a large gdn with bbq, 1 reception room, kitchen and 2 toilets, bath and shower, wi fi internet access, skyplus tv, washing machine etc,and on street parking, The rent is £335 inclusive of all bills and council tax and £200 deposit required. My sister and I own the property but she has moved out due to getting married. I enjoy chilled evenings during the week, cooking good food,usually with a glass of wine, watching dvds and listening to music and I am also a qualified reflexologist. I like to keep on top of housework etc, have done the student living thing,however am not obssessed! I do smoke but usually outside or in my own room. The house is very relaxed and friendly.
