The room is nicely furbished, bright and spacious. The flat consists of a nice spacious living room with a TV and nice views. Kitchen and bathroom are clean and include all appliances. Bathroom is fully tiled and includes a bath. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to city centre, 5 minutes walk to cathays train station, close to Tesco, Iceland, Bargains etc.

The two months have to be paid in advance at the time of the entry.
