The house is in a peaceful area though just 2 mins walk to Rhyl town centre containing all major high street shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is a virtual stones throw away.
The local train and bus stations are also 2 mins walk away. Direct trains are available to Holyhead in one direction and London in the other direction. Direct buses run to Glan Clwyd Hospital and Llandrillo College. The A55 is 6 minutes drive away. Off road parking is available.
