I have a double room available in a newly renovated 2 bed flat in Barlborough village. It's a good leafy area and less than one minute to the M1 junction 30. It's very convenient for commuting in all directions because of the motorways and there are also very good bus services to Worksop, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Crystall Peaks, and Mansfield. The place has just been fully refurbished and is in excellent condition. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The room is large, with a built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, double bed, chest of draws. There is a newly fitted private en-suite shower room with very good shower. There are good facilities - washer, dryer, fridge, freezer etc.. The rent includes all bills - as well as wireless internet. I'm looking for someone friendly and considerate who will appreciate a quiet, cosy and homely space to relax.
