Preferred room and flatmate description
Lovely house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just off of Hampton Road, 5 mins from mid-Whiteladies Road. Professional sharers. House consists of large lounge, brilliant kitchen with gas range, new dishwasher, plenty of fridge and freezer space, washing mashine and tumble dryer. Great decked out garden space ideal for bbqs in the summer.
The room is an attic style affair giving great views and on its own floor within the house. Large double room and offer excellent value for money. It is on its own floor, but because of the positioning of the stairs, it has no formal door but is on a completely different level and offer good privacy. Cool in summer, warm in winter.
The house does come with Sky (all channels not the movies), no phone line as this would get complex with bills, gas central heating, and broadband internet.
Cost of bills (excluding water rates) is roughly £110 per month. This includes council tax, electricity and gas, tv licence, sky and broadband.
The other house mates are three professional guys. Two of us are 28 the other is 24. I work in recruitment, my friend works for the ambulance service and the other guy works in surveying. We are friendly, well organised housemates. You'll find us all very helpful, understanding, not very noisy and easy to live with. We are looking for a girl or guy to take the room. You will need to be quite clean and tidy, not too noisy, enjoy going out for food and drink, socialising, if you were into sports (squash, badminton, football, rugby, gym) it would be a bonus.
You will need to be able to pay a months rent up front along wit ha deposit of a months rent to take the room from the 16th of November. I have lived in the house for 18 months and intend to stay probably for another year at least. I think the other guys feel the same way.
