Preferred room and flatmate description

As I have got a job out of London a fully furnished double room has become available for a single person in a spacious, well decorated 3 bedroom flat share with three friendly, easygoing flatmates (Australian and two Brazillians).

The 1st floor flat is really well located in the Wimbledon/Raynes Park area; only 5 minutes walk to the Raynes Park overland train station, or 10-15 minutes to the Wimbledon overland train or tube station (district line). Both options allow for easy commute to both inner and outer London. A bus station at the end of the street has regular buses (including a night bus). In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the flat has a large lounge/living room, bathroom (bath/shower combination), separate toilet, kitchen, dining room and back garden. The double room comes with excellent quality furniture including a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. The double room is £440 per month (excluding bills which all come to approx £70 a month), with a £600 deposit.
