There is also easy commuting to London with a direct train to Liverpool Street in 40 mins and we are minutes from the A127 and A13 roads. If you do have a car, the sweep in/out driveway is in excess of 100ft for easy parking. Facilities include the main furnished kitchen/diner (with double oven, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc.), fully furnished lounge & main family bathroom which includes a separate shower & bath. The bedroom is spacious, fully furnished, lovely and bright, and newly renovated with the added benefit of having a private en suite. I also have a gymnasium which I am happy to let people use and there is a nice size secluded garden. Couples are welcome at a much reduced price and a deposit & one month in advance is required. All bills are inclusive including gas, electric, water, Sky+, wireless broadband etc. Everyone here is really nice and, although respect each others privacy, enjoy a chinwag and sometimes at the end of the day a glass of wine...or two! The atmosphere is very friendly and laid back and we're looking for a clean & tidy considerate non-smoking sharer to join the household. So if you are interested, this is a fantastic area to live and is a lovely home and a perfect opportunity for stress free living!
