I am looking for a housemate to share my home.
The room is a small double and has a double bed and a window with views across the countryside, shelves, hanging space and bedside lamp and table. It is next to the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped with the usual white goods; microwave, washing machine, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
I have high speed Broadband with Wifi throughout. Utility bills are included except heating is shared.
I have a little dog (who comes with me when I have to work away - which is fairly often), who's very friendly and well-behaved.
It is very quiet and peaceful, with countryside views front and back and great walks in all directions.
You need to have a car to live here as the bus service isn't very regular. There is a Tesco 10mins away and with everything else Saffron Walden has to offer.
It's about 20mins to Cambridge and 30mins to Stansted Airport and the M11.
