Due current lodger changing jobs I have a double room to let in a large (duplex) flat. Furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room on offer is not a large room so if you want a lot of space this room may not be for you. Alternatively I am open to the idea of moving out of the big bedroom (I don't really need the space as I spend very little time in my room) for the right tennant.
Ideally suited to a professional, the flat is finished to a high spec with central heating, wireless internet, a shower and bath. Rent includes access to garden, greenhouse (if you fancy growing something!) inside (secure) and outside laundry drying areas as well as all utility bills inc council tax. There are now televisions in the bedrooms upstairs as well as a big one in the living room to offer some privacy if you would prefer to relax in your room.
A parking space is available for £12 pcm or alternatively you can rent a large garage (good for storage) for £20 pcm, and I can arrange this for you.
I am a clean and tidy....although friendly, laid back and considerate person who is generally easy to get on and have a good laugh with. This is really what I'm looking for in a lodger.
I'm a professional who works standard hours 9-5 out of Coventry but I tend to sleep here every night. I generally spend my weekday evenings either at the gym or swimming baths or meet mates and family (to go the pub, cinema the usual social stuff). I tend to save big nights out for the weekends as I need to be up early in the morning.
I will require references, a deposit (1 months rent) and I will draw up a contract for you.
