The house is a beautiful fully detached Victorian building, situated in Zone 2, in a secure, residential neighbourhood. The house is divided into four large individual flats of three or four bedrooms each. There is also a large garden, with a lawn and two large terraces shared by the house. The house is occupied by professionals.
The house is non-smoking, though smoking is obviously permitted out in the garden. All the double rooms are large enough for a couple, and there are fully equipped kitchens,washing machines, central heating, etc all inclusive in each flat...
Private parking is also possible.
The local public transport network is excellent: the no. 98 bus runs 24/7 past the doorstep, going all the way through Oxford Street to Holborn. Kilburn & Willesden Green underground stations are both under 10 minutes walk away, as is Brondesbury Park train station.
The price for the single room starts at £580 per calendar month and for the double rooms at £750 per calendar month when occupied by one person and about £100 to £200 extra when occupied by two persons inclusive of all bills except the telephone and the television license.
No deposit is required though a bond of £100 for the keys has to be given, refundable on your departure. Short lets and summer lets are also accepted. Please ask for the full terms and conditions.
