Large single room, own bathroom. Luxury flat with fantastic river views. 10 mins to Dagenham/Romford. 4 mins walk to Purfleet Station, 22 minutes to central London. 5 mins to M25 & 4 mins to A13. Private parking. I do not have broadband but a 'dongle' which can be used if required.
Someone clean and tidy & house trained with a great sense of humour! I enjoy life and although I am not in the flat all the time I like nothing better than to relax with a glass of red. Monday-Friday preferable, but would consider full time.
