I manage 2 large terrace properties within Ashton in Preston. This is central for city centre and Preston Docklands. Which has a variety of supermarkets, Cinema, shops and bars.
Both city centre and Dockland approx 15mins on foot. 5 mins in a car.
Main bus route within walking distance.
Shelly road is an all female house. The house was re-furbed last year and is nice and modern. It has 2 bathrooms and toilets and large kitchen. It consists of 6 bedrooms
I now have one large single room available at Shelly road. (can fit double bed) 1 single (£200) from end of May. I double from mid June 2012.
Waterloo road has just been renovated throughout. 2 Brand new shower rooms. Carpets decoration, and is now in its final stages of an extension for a brand new modern kitchen. This house also has 6 bedrooms

As a rule I only take working professional, but will consider mature people who are also studying. But these are not student properties.
Unfortunately I do not accept DSS.
The properties are also pet free.

Prices start from just £200 per calendar month for a single room. All prices are inclusive of ALL bills and Wifi.
