Preferred room and flatmate description
Hi!
I have a double room available in a large flat in Centenary Mill on New Hall Lane, Its 15 minute walk from Preston town centre with Lidl supermarket right opposite the street. There is also plenty of free parking.
The room available comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and is en-suite with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a tv ariel point and phone socket in the room.
Flat has large living space which is furnished, kitchen is fully equipted with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
I am currently in full time work and enjoy evenings in watching tv and films and going out for meals and drinks with my friends. Preferably Im looking for a non smoker.
