Hi, I am a professional female, 34, seeking a double room/house share in a nice area of Preston. I have two very well behaved cats who would be coming with me. I would like space outdoors to put my shed and preferably lots of storage space indoors. I can forego things such as central heating and perfect decor asit is more important to me to be in a nice area and to have plenty of safe space outdoors for my cats.
I myself work full time and am accustomed to houseshare situations; I am very considerate of others' space and belongings and am perfectly happy to contribute to the shared upkeep/ housework that goes with living in a shared space.
