Hi I am full for this year, so I am now looking for students for the next academic year 2012/2013 in the main. Rent is £57pw (excluding bills), 42 weeks minimum rental which is extendable thereafter upto mid Aug'13. The property is only 300 metres from the UCLAN main library.
