Hi, I have a 2 bedroom house in Hilsea and I am looking for a tennant for my spare room. Must be dog friendly as I have a 12 year old Jack Russle cross named Alfie. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The furniture is good quality pine. It has laminate floor and has been recently decorated. I also have a private parking space outside for the use of my tennant.I live in a mordern cul de sac that is very quiet and peaceful. I am looking for a friendly employed person to share my home with me. All I ask is that the rent is paid on time and that you respect my belongings and are clean and tidy. All bills are included and I have wireless broadband. I dont mind if you have a double bed you woulld like to move in (there is enough room)...but I have to stress that I will not rent to a couple because I dont want to feel like a gooseberry in my own home.
