It is a four bedroom house, with one bathroom containing both a shower & bath. I am the only other living in the house and often have my girlfriend staying. I'm looking for someone who's sociable, friendly and respectful. I am pretty tidy person and this reflects by the state of my house. I'm looking for someone who shares the same principles and is not shy to tidy up after themselves and maintain communal areas, such as the bathroom, Kitchen & front room.

I'm preferably looking for a professional between the ages of 22-30, looking to live in house thats not so geared to the student way of life! Outgoing is bonus!
