I moved to Portsmouth to work for 2 years. I'm a 31 years old, clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going professional looking for ONE person of same qualities to look for and share a house/flat with. I'm generally looking for a fully furnished house/flat in Southsea and I could spend up to ~£600 pcm, but obviously the less the better. I'm a very friendly and supportive person. I would preferably share with people of similar age. I am used to taking care of myself and I have many sharing experiences.
My flatmate should be able to take care of him/herself and be a supportive person in the house. People who can constantly pay rent and bills only. Professionals preferred. Mature students considered. No time wasters please.
I'd like to make a house my home and, since I'm not from the UK, I'd like to have the ability to have family and friends around. As a consequence, I wouldn't mind having my flatmate's friends and family around as well. I also enjoy going out over the weekend, so having also a friend to have a beer with would be great.
The ideal situation would be looking for a house together and once found it, moving in asap.
