The room available in our house is large, spacious and bright on the ground floor level, with solid wood flooring. There is plenty of storage space and a window seat with cushions. If you are interested in our room, you will also have access to the kitchen, dining and utility room and downstairs shared bathroom. The rent is inclusive of bills, your own Sat. TV box and WiFi. There is parking available near the house.
We are located on the outskirts of Brighton & Hove (Portslade) but with very frequent mainline bus routes (1/1a/2/2a/46) almost outside the door taking you right into Brighton town centre or Shoreham. Portslade train station is only a 10minute walk away.
