Seeking FEMALE student / professional to join our household. Please read:
Room - Carpeted and furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table.
House - Newly refurbished and very homely with quiet south facing sunny garden. Would have shared use of 30 foot lounge, fully fitted kitchen and breakfast room with fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine and drier.
Location - Bus takes approx 45-50mins to get to Brighton town centre, 5 minute drive from A27 so easy access to Brighton, Hove and surrounding area and easy access to London via A23 and FREE offstreet parking available.
Housemates - 3 working professionals who enjoy socialising with one another, but not massive party goers! Colin has 2 children aged 4 and 7 which visit for 1 day each weekend (usually sundays) and we are expecting a baby in early July.
Other info - Non-smoking household but we are happy to share with outdoor smokers only. Must insist on caged pets only as we have a cat and 4 ferrets. Cat is very friendly but bit wary around strangers and other animals and the ferrets are caged in a seperate room so not to disturb housemates.
