We have avaliable for rent a lovely, large attic room in our home. I can supply double or single beds - whichever you prefer. The room has three large Velux windows, so is very light and airy, but also clean, quiet and private. It is a lovely room to sleep in, everyone who has slept in it has found it very peaceful and relaxing. There is a shared bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath with shower attachment also. You will have the use of a lovely kitchen with a range cooker with double ovens. There is a patio garden, and a cosy living room. There is free parking in the street outside/very nearby.
There are shops including the post office & Tesco within a few minutes walk, and the train station is around 5 minutes walk with direct trains to London. The A27 is a few minutes drive. The nearest bus stop is around 1 minute walk away and buses should drop you into central Hove with 10 minutes, Brighton city centre within 20 minutes. The seafront at Hove Lagoon is around 5 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk.
We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy, considerate person/people to share our home. We are happy to socialise, but also understand if you prefer your own space.
Rent is £500 per month for single occupancy, £650 for a couple/double occupancy(negotiable). It includes gas/electric/water bills.
The room is available from around the 11th July. I would require one months rent and one months deposit in advance.
