Hi - I'm Helen and I have a large double room to rent in a 3 bed house in a residential area in Copnor,Portsmouth.
There are two of us currently sharing - myself and a professional male (both early 40's). Very friendly atmosphere - relaxed and easy to get on with - we have room for one more to join us!
Close to Eastern Road, M27, North End, bus routes, shops etc.
Full use of facilities - bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge & conservatory. Amenities include washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher.
Cable TV in lounge & conservatory and wireless internet.
Garden with patio furniture on decking.
