Hello my name is James.
Im a tenant in this 3bedroom house, and im trying to help the landlady find a tenant to rent out the 3rd bedroom.
The landlady Lucy is hardly ever here cos her job takes her away to foreign countries, soo its pretty much just me in the house!
The property is quite a spacious townhouse, which is a 1minute walk from Poole Hospital, and a 5minute walk into Poole.
There is parking outside, but if the space's are taken then there's always parking in the next road.
I'am a sociable guy, who enjoys going to the gym, swimming and badminton and a drink at the weekend!
