Due to my partner moving away for work, I am looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in this town centre house near Ynysangharad Park. Animal lovers are essential as there are two dogs who live in the property with me (both very friendly and love cuddles!).
The bedroom is approx 13 ft x 9 ft, and currently has a king-size bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers but there is room for flexibility with furnishings if you'd like to bring some of your own. The upstairs of the property has a large family bathroom with separate bath and shower, the second bedroom and a third smaller room which is being used as an office/study.
Downstairs is a large lounge/dining room and separate modern kitchen with all mod cons inc. dishwasher. There is a small back yard and patio with room for one car, with further parking immediately outside the gate.
The property does not currently have cable/satellite TV but there is a Wi-Fi connection available, and the lounge has a large HDTV and very comfy, brand new sofas.
Ideally I am looking for a postgraduate student or professional to share the whole property, gender is not important but someone who is generally clean and tidy would be appreciated!
As this is a let in an existing rented property there are some fees payable on start up, which total £115 for referencing and administration costs, and a £300 deposit. These would be payable directly to the estate agent.
