I have 2 x double rooms left at £260 each room, these rooms are big enough for a couple, The house is situated in Treforest Pontypridd right by the university of Glamorgan, and is of a very high standard just been completely decorated throughout, There is easy access to all forms of public transport and Cardiff is only 8 miles away, and the train station is 3 streets from the house, The bills are shared with other housemates but no council tax, the Internet is there and sky TV and is immaculate, if you are interested in renting a room but I only have one left then please contact me direct so no agent fees.
